Biography

Born April 17, 1972, in Houston, TX, Jennifer Garner catapulted into stardom with her lead role on the TV series Alias. Raised in Charlestown, West Virginia, she spent nine years of her adolescence studying ballet and eventually enrolled at Denison University as a chemistry major.

However her passions for the stage were stronger than her love of science and she became a drama major. After graduating Jennifer Garner eventually moved to Los Angeles,landing a role on "Felicity" where she met her future husband, Scott Foley. Jennifer Garner has appeared in numerous other TV shows as well as such films as Pearl Harbor and Dude, Where's My Car?. Jennifer Garner and her husband live in the San Fernando Valley with two dogs and a cat and enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, and inspired by her character on the show, kickboxing.
